Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We accept returns with full refunds within 30 days of your delivery date under certain conditions

We accept returns for a full refund if product has not been removed from their original packaging and is in its original condition. Also, if it is defective or broken.

We do not accept product returns of any kind where there is a risk of flammable liquids or gases (hairsprays and other aerosols) unless there was a clear manufacturer defect at the time you opened it. 

If the product was received by you broken, leaking, or not to packaging standards, we will replace the product and exchange it right away. 

Return Process

Please email simon@shopoolaboo.com to provide proof of purchase. In the event that your product is not in stock at the time of exchange, we will credit your account and notify you once we have re-stocked. 

Please have proof of delivery date from shipper. Broken, bent, opened or otherwise destroyed shipping boxes are the responsibility of the shipping company

If paid with Visa or Mastercard gift cards, please retain the gift cards as the refund will only go onto the card it was originally purchased with.

Credit refunds may take several (usually 5 business days) from the time the refund was processed until the refund will show on your statement. Contact your card company for further details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. It must be received by us no later than 10 days that the refund or exchange was approved. 

Only regular priced item are subject to return and refund. Marked down items are final sale.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simon@shopoolaboo.com and send your item to:
